We have over 5000 existing custom coils and regularly create specialized configurations to accommodate the non-standard, the uncommon, and the unconventional. We consider the development of methods and materials to be intrinsic to every job, so we do not charge extra for set-up or fixtures. We make extensive use of computerization to give us the ability to control processes to an exacting standard. Our equipment can accommodate prototyping, small lots and large-scale production orders. Our horizontal scanner accommodates bars up to 30 feet in length. We have over 30 machines ranging in power sources from 5KW to 150 KW.
